Since 2008, there have been cycles of outbreaks of cholera and typhoid in Zimbabwe, which are difficult to manage due to weak water systems across the country.

Our Water and Sanitation Hygiene (WASH) programme helps people in Zimbabwe access their basic human right to clean water and good hygiene in their day to day lives. We facilitate community clean ups to ensure hygiene is prioritised and acted upon, and build protected wells and Blair toilets to ensure clean water and sanitation hygiene are sustained in the long-term.
