Nothing positive comes out workplace harassment. Acts of harassment will adversely affect your organisation as well as the individuals involved and affected.
The Social Enterprise is a project division of Envision Zimbabwe Women’s Trust.
One of the project focuses under the social enterprise is
- Raising awareness and increasing knowledge of organisations on the Prevention of all forms of Workplace Harassment that include Sexual Exploitation, Abuse and Harassment (SEAH), Bullying in the workplace, as well as other forms of harassment.
- Identifying legal and policy framework required to address SEAH, Inclusion and Bullying related issues and concerns within organisations.
- Supporting organisations to create and promote a respectful safeguarding culture that permeates the entire organisation.
The aim is to prevent the exploitation, abuse and harassment of men and women and in various organizations in Zimbabwe, which is an extension of the work we are doing in rural communities. We intend to raise awareness in the workplace (private industry and commerce, local NGOs and in secondary and tertiary education institutions on PSEAH).
In promoting wellness, our goal is to achieve healthy environments and hope to work with you to eliminate sexual harassment and all other forms of harassment in the work space.
ESE has a dedicated and knowledgeable team to provide services focusing on:
- Awareness & Prevention of, Policy Making as well as Implementing and Monitoring SEAH
- Awareness of and prevention of Workplace bullying and all types of harassment
- Encouraging an Inclusive workplace environment
